Receiving your order
Unpack your order immediately upon receipt. Please plants outside in a partly shaded area and water if dry.
Damages and issues
We guarantee our plants to be true to name. We cannot guarantee beyond safe delivery.
Our goal is to ship your order accurately and for it to arrive in good condition. Plants should be ready to plant when they arrive. However, accidents sometimes happen. If your delivery is damaged during shipping, is missing product, or contains damaged or unsatisfactory products, please contact within 14 days of receipt and we will make it right!
Some plants are shipped in a state of dormancy without leaves. These plants are generally less susceptible to transplant shock and have excellent planting success. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us and we’d be happy to answer all your questions.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographs, including plant ID tags, MUST be submitted to retailsales@cavanos.com showing all damage.
