Fine-textured native aster with slender stems and numerous small white daisies that create a light, airy veil of bloom in late season. Often seen in old fields and roadsides, it provides important late nectar for pollinators. Best in full sun and dry to medium, well-drained soils and suited to naturalistic, meadow, and restoration plantings.
